“Inspiration can happen anywhere. Thankfully, so can collaboration.”

 

The foundation and narrative center of this campaign revolved around of several television spots that characterized GoToMeeting as the hero in this aspirational story about a small but mighty global team collaboration. Director Vincent Haycock characterized it in his creative brief:

 

"This commercial will be an intimate emotionally-connected mini-film — four slices of a cinematic journey that convene into a celebratory moment of GO TO MEETING technology. This will engage the viewer, connecting them to the experience of inspiration and G2M technology — creating an immediacy to the moment. The spot will revolve around two moments — first the “water- inspiration” and second, the “sharing-inspiration”. Built around these defining moments I want to build (create) a human story that connects us to the emotional spark occurring in each of these characters, and how they use GO TO MEETING to immediately collaborate and solve their engineering problems."

 

Our agency, Duncan/Channon, San Francisco, was the vendor that connected the business strategy to the marketing obectives and creative execution. They were responsible for the narrative TV concepts and the more hard-hitting, market-ready messages that ran across many touchpoints. This example served as our mainstay copy from radio to print to digital to broadcast and more
